Creative virtual assistant
While I am new to being a virtual assistant, that does not mean that I will be experimental when it comes to my clients. I will be doing everything in my possible power to help my clients thrive. Starting out, though, means a little bit of a learning curve. So, I am starting out by offering a wide range of services, and am willing to negotiate any other services that are needed as well, which I will eventually narrow down. I did the whole small business running thing and I know—that shit is HARD. You don’t have to do it all alone though. That is why I am offering my services. I know and appreciate your time and what it is worth, and want to help you get the most out of it.
My expertise is in the creative field, which is why my focus is on creative services. However, I also excel at other tasks like scheduling, organizing, and writing so I am offering those as well.
Creative tasks
Lightroom photo editing— Photographers, I see you. We all know that editing photos takes FOREVER. Whether photography is your business, or you need help when it comes to product photos or whatever else, I have got your back. I am willing to put in the work so that you can spend your time taking the photos, making your clients happy, and dealing with all of the other things that are needed from you in your business. You can put your faith in me that my work will be up to your standards. If it isn’t, that is on ME and I will do whatever I can to make it right.
Graphic design— This is where I can really help your business SHINE. I have a years of training and experience under my belt and can use it to your advantage. Graphic design is a fantastic place to begin outsourcing and will bring HUGE benefits for you. If you have a project in mind, I can be your gal. Merchandise design, social media post graphics, logos, business cards, insta story highlights, facebook covers, custom packaging, and anything else under the sun, I can be there to help you with. As a VA my role in your business can be long term, or just for a smaller scale project. So, if you just want to hone in your brand and move on that is TOTALLY doable, if you want to have constant new graphic design content, that is TOTALLY doable too!
Social media management— Social media can take such a toll. With algorithms, posting times, content, filters, captions—OH MY! Social media can be just one more thing to worry about. This is how I can help: just send me any images or ideas you want to get out there, and I will wrap it all up with a schedule and take one more thing off of your overwhelmed mind! I will implement a strategy just for you, to help not only keep your business up to date, but help it to grow. Whether it is writing and scheduling posts, curating your stories, liking and commenting, or a combination of things, together we can create a social media presence that doesn’t weigh you down.
Admin tasks
Inbox management—If you have felt the vaguely threatening and extremely heavy weight of overwhelm any time you look at your email or DM’s, I am so here for you. I am an expert organizer and categorizer. Whether you need a system to manage your emails with folders and organization, someone to filter your emails and respond to all of those repeat questions, or someone to keep your DMs from flooding and getting lost between all of the heart reacts and spam accounts. If its just a few hours a month of maintenance or constant management, I will be there to help you out and let your get back to the tasks that you value, and give you the valuable gift of time away from your screens.
Copywriting—Maybe you want the benefits of the blog, but don’t have the time or energy to give to it. Maybe you dread writing captions for your social media post. Maybe you have so many ideas for ebooks, pitches, magazine articles, brochures, website updates, or whatever else—but the thought of actually sitting down to write them makes you want to run away to a tropical island and never think of starting those things ever again. Wherever it is, I can turn your ideas into the sentences and paragraphs you need to accomplish your goals.
Scheduling— If you have events or calls out the wazoo or a physical team to manage, I can be an impartial scheduler that takes all of your dates and information and fits all the puzzle pieces together and wraps it all up. I am an expert at puzzles, so whatever puzzle you need fit together, I will put all of your pieces in their place.
Transcription— There are so many uses for transcription nowadays. Sometimes the difference between someone paying attention or not paying attention to your content can be having captions or a written version. But, it takes forever. Your content, transcribed. The benefits can be huge for podcasts, tiktoks and reels, youtube videos, stories, and any other form of audio. I can deliver an accurate written recount of your content for whatever your need is.
Reality check
You could do most of these things yourself, you totally could. But the benefits of outsourcing these and other mundane tasks can be monumental. Hiring a VA could be a form of self care, it would allow you with more time to yourself and more time to get those big ideas out that got you to where you are in the first place.
